Non-hydrogen Dewaxing Catalyst Gas Phase Catalyst

Non-hydrogen dewaxing catalysts are processed using shape-selective molecular sieves. They are loaded into fixed beds for liquid-phase and gas-phase catalysis. They can catalyze wax oil, waste engine oil, with a dewaxing depth greater than or equal to 40 degrees. Under non-hydrogen conditions, using shape-selective molecular sieve catalysts with specific pore structures, long-chain n-alkanes and single-branched alkanes can be selectively cracked, while naphthenes, multi-branched alkanes, and aromatics remain unchanged. This achieves a reduction in the pour point of distillate oil, converting high-pour-point heavy waxy oil into low-pour-point light oil. The catalyst has high strength and good activity. It can catalyze distillate oil, wax oil, and waste engine oil, with a dewaxing depth ≥40°C. This product has a long service life, excellent regeneration performance, and can be regenerated for reuse.
